Q)What is the return policy?

A) You can return your items within 7 days of receiving your order. We only ask for the items you are returning to be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns made within 7 days of the receiving date will be issued a full refund to the original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.

Q)What is the exchange policy?

A)Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. You may return your product within 14 days after receiving the order and re-order your replacement item.

Q) How long will it take my return to be processed?

A)We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received the item it will go through return authorization. Once the return is accepted it will be ready for the refund. We will refund your money to the payment method for the purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund is issued. It may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement depending on your bank.

Q) My delivery has been delayed, why is that?

A) We want you to have a great shopping experience! We aim to meet our promised delivery times and we demand all designers/brands on hipicon.com to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons beyond our control such as production time, union strikes, pandemics, natural disasters , accidents etc . We will notify you as soon as we come across such possible delays on your order.

Q)How much does shipping cost?

A ) Shipping cost may vary depending on the item, order size and the location of delivery. The total of your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, after the shipping address is provided. Please note that other customs fees and taxes may apply depending on the state and governmental laws.

Q) How much time do you take to deliver the product?

A) - The delivery of your furniture may take 2-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product.

Q) Do you accept bulk orders?

Q) Can I get custom designs made from you?

A) - Yes, we offer customizations to the design of a product for bulk orders. A lot of our products come with customisation options like logo or name embossing , colour or veneer variations and size variations depending on the need.

Q) What kind of wood do you use in your furniture?

A) - We use high-quality solid wood treated for durability. Depending on the design, we choose from a range of woods such as Walnut, Maple, Steam Beech, White Ash, Oak, Teak Wood. We source our wood from suppliers certifation of wood which insures quality and health of the environment.
